Ideas which could make a good story / stumlius for a play would be:

• About a person close to your heart, 
• Something close to you if its an issues or a story
• A journey about them character through the play

• New view is aimed at 16-18 year olds

• Play should 30 mins long

*Lift for a block of flays- a box of light on the stage and black out on the rest of the stage.

From the Starter Questions I have come up with more developed ideas and plot to my story.  
I found the Start Questions helpful as it got me thinking and make quick decisions for ideas and storylines. I also made me not think about it too much and get stuck or lost with ideas.

Changes from First Responses answers;

• What time period is your story going to be done in? A few weeks.
• Where is the play going to be set? On a small street, T road/close.
• What key plots and issues happen in your story? Old Man's Dog get ran over, Young couple get engaged, Old Man moves in with Pauline and Young Couple have their wedding.
• No Old Couple
• Family are not a big part of the story, they are just in the street.

A Quick 1st Draft Story Plot

Scene 1/Intro: Set in Pauline's house, lounge/living room, making breakfast and a cup of tea, 

Introduce Family across the road

Introduce Young Couple next door

Introduce Old Man & his dog who lives next door to the family

Middle: Old man’s dog gets run over & he becomes ill & depressed.

End: Old Man moves in with Pauline
