YOU ARE THE PRODUCT!

PROMOTE YOURSELF.

Publicity - materials!

Putting yourself out there and increasing public awareness, as well as entering the industry. Requires you to be proactive and organised.

Social media is a great way to do this as it is free, efficient and easy to use and access.

There are so many different social media sites, such as;

Twitter

Free
Ensure its separate to your own personal account
Creates a platform for supporters and can create a fan base.
You can promote events easily to a large number of people.

Facebook

Its free
Lots of people have it
People can like your page
Public can see your posted photos and videos
People can review you or your performances
Ensure it's separate to your own personal account
You can actually create an event and invite people, with time and location
A good way of networking

Website

 Personal to you
Share videos and photos of performances
List contact details, making it you more accessible

Instagram 

Small clips on videos,
Places you've been, photos,
Professional but shows you have a personality

Blog 

More personal and can have all links to your social media links

Post numerous forms of promotional media such as;

Checked at auditions

Shows a list of all your work in Musical Theatre and any other performances
